Interaceituna is the Inter-Professional Table Olive Organisation, set up on 11 November 2004 and recognised by the  Ministry of Agriculture in a Ministerial Order of 25 November 2005. An extension was likewise approved on 3 April under Order APA 1013/2007.

It is made up of organisations representing producers, processors and packagers.
These organisations are: ASAJA, ASEMESA, CCAE, COAG and UPA.

Extension of the Regulation

Inter-professional Agri-food Organisations ('OIAs')
These are non-profit organisations operating nationwide, recognised by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA), and made up of organisations representing producers, processors and/or sellers for a sector, product or group of products.
